“When my wife and I were first exploring a renovation project, what sold us on VADA was their enthusiasm from the moment they stepped into our home. Instead of reiterating the anticipated challenges or expenses, Dominic and his team immediately dreamed with us and proposed creative solutions. Our project consisted of a new kitchen addition, rebuilt stairs, and the conversion of our old kitchen into a bedroom. From start to finish, Dominic respected our budget and was transparent about all costs. We felt that he had our best interests in mind and often found ways to save money or responsibly redirect funds. Further, Dominic and our project managers were exceptional communicators by providing daily updates whether or not they were on-site. We were fortunate to live in our home throughout the duration of the project. The VADA team cleaned up at the end of each day and ensured that we could safely move throughout our home. All subcontractors were likewise respectful and had nothing but praise for Dominic and his team.

On a personal note, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Dominic. We would frequently strike up conversations unrelated to the project, sharing common interests, food recommendations, and plenty of laughter. Dominic created a positive working environment filled with mutual trust and respect. We highly recommend VADA and will certainly choose them again for future projects.“

“We had a fantastic experience with K/S Plumbing. Our tankless water heater went out and after receiving an extremely high quote from another company, we called K/S Plumbing. Noah came out and was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish.

What really stood out was their honesty and fair pricing. While another company quoted us $2800 for the replacement, K/S Plumbing completed the entire warranty replacement quickly and correctly at a fraction of the cost. Noah had the new unit installed in about two hours, replaced a water spigot in another 15 minutes, and the total was only $375.

On top of that, while he was here Noah saved us even more money on another project. We had quotes of $700 and higher from other plumbers, but Noah figured out the issue in under 20 minutes, discovered it was a very simple repair, and fixed it on the spot.

The quality of the work was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the service was honest. We will definitely be coming back to K/S Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.“

“I have had great success using the repair man. Here is an example: the last time I used them one person fixed my rowing machine, put a new ring on a toilet, handle a small electrical issue, and replaced some calking in the kitchen. All this with one person and the jobs were all done to my satisfaction. Without the Repairman I would have been calling at least 3 different people.“

Guardsman could not find a repairman in our area, nor an availability of our appliance.
