We bought an additional warranty from another company. Guardsman had taken the risk over when our stove's oven quit two weeks before Christmas. The model was no longer available. Guardsman could not find a repairman in our area, nor an availability of our appliance. They honored their commitment from the other company, refunding our money for the entire amount we paid for the stove - $1,347. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience.
