It took three years after my double mastectomy to process the emotional impact of losing body parts that had nurtured my two children and brought me joy. I had heard of the possibility of tattoos, but I didn't have the courage or drive to pursue another painful procedure. After I had my 4th clear scan, I decided I to look around and found Bea at CosMed.ink. We made an immediate connection and I felt ready to schedule right away because of her warmth and understanding. She put my fears at ease because she is both professional and authentic and truly cares about her mission. She also told me about Ink for Pink a nonprofit that helps cover the cost of reconstructive tattoos for women like me. I was especially moved when I learned other survivors were paying it forward. Bea's work was transformative and within a week I realized with surprise that I was happy to look in the mirror again after a few years of avoiding it. I felt like myself. The whole process of working with Bea was empowering and meaningful. Best of all, it wasn't painful! I couldn't have imagined I would get to see my 14 year old daughter graduate at 18 this year. I'm proud of persevering and continuing to support her throughout all of this. Sonja is hands down absolutely wonderful! I found her when I was suddenly diagnosed with a health issue leading to most of my hair falling out. I was so ashamed, nervous and didn’t know the first thing about wigs. The moment I entered her salon I felt a wave of warmth and relief. She was so accommodating, knowledgeable and patient as she guided me through finding my new hair. I left feeling like my old self, which hadn’t been the case for months. I would rate her above the highest rating! It is clear she has a love and passion for what she does and I already look forward to going back to her if I need future help.

I've seen Carolyn for over 25 years now and she is superlative in every way! I have had, over the years, rare times when the acrylic on a nail has popped off or I damaged the nail so that the acrylic had to be removed and my natural nail was in perfect shape! Carolyn has always been meticulous about the integrity of the products she uses and she brings artistry to her polishing. I love her as the fine person she is and respect her for her knowledge, skills and talent. I highly recommend A Perfect 10 nail salon!
Ivy has been doing my nails for 12 years. She is so gentle with my nails and hands. I have neuropathy so it is hard to find nail techs who understand to be gentle and I truly appreciate the extra time she takes. Every appt I’m on a mission to do something creative on my ring finger based on any fun events I may be attending or celebrating in the month. I’ve been going to Nail Co. For about a year now and I can’t recommend it enough! I personally see Ashley or Sophia for acrylic nails, designs and pedicures but from what I’ve seen everyone there is very friendly and does a great job. I really appreciate how clean they keep their space as well as their color selection, Ashley is always up to take on any design I show her and pays close attention to detail/ symmetry.

I am the last person to take care of my curly hair. It was beyond damaged from years of bleach. It was so dry and needed deep therapy. I saw KK post she was offering the Pure Brazilian Treatment! Immediately knew I had to go! I am so grateful she took her time, to not over process, to make sure she was taking the correct steps, because my last resort was to cut all my hair off. ;) my hair came out so amazing and silky smooth. Def worth the affordable price in the salon!

All of the artists are very talented, respectful, and supportive of one another. The pride in their work and care for their clients really shows. They even offered to clean & re-bandage me during a convention and it wasn't even one of their pieces! Hands-down one of my favorite studios to get tattooed at!

We had a major mold issue in our floor level basement and the whole thing needed to be gutted. Doug’s team were great. It was a LOT of work to gut a nearly 200 y/o basement (with a slew of surprises). They worked so hard, went beyond what we asked, and the place looked incredible in the end. I am allergic to mold, and with their remediation + a good commercial dehumidifier, I don’t have any symptoms.
We recently had a construction team in to have a look at a separate issue, and they were also genuinely impressed with the mold removal work. Thank you team for a job well done!
I needed my place deep cleaned. My mother in-law only gave me 2 days notice and I kinda panicked. I called SUC and she responded right away. I explained my problem and she thankfully had a spot available. She did a great job with the cleaning on very short notice and the price was a little below some of the bigger companies. I will for sure be using SUC again in the future.
I called the company and they came within the time frame we agreed on.The owner has all the equipment to clean my couch, carpet and chairs in his van. They pulled hoses up the stairs to my second floor apartment and cleaned our carpet and couch... It didn't take too long but they did a great job, would recommend . The owner took time to answer all our questions And he did not hurry off, we got some great Mexican food restaurant recommendations from him, he was very nice and personable

We just moved to South Portland from CO. Our dogs have been seeing the same veterinarian for the past 8 years and we were anticipating they were going to have a hard time going to a new vet. Dr. Rachel Terry was patient and understanding with the younger 9 month old pup and went through everything thoroughly with our 10 year old lab and took great care of him. I was able to leave there without them being nervous and they were very relaxed. It's nice to know we found our new veterinary so quickly and Dr. Terry, you are stuck with us now.

We met Tennyson at a health fair and sat and talked with her for over an hour. She was so very passionate about her work, and we decided to give her a try. My husband and I both went for acupuncture treatments. Tennyson really listens to your problems and concerns in order to correct your ailments. We also started doing Yamena balls with her. She was very patient with both of us trying to teach us the correct method to using these balls. Can’t say enough good things about Tennyson…you won’t be disappointed!

I had my first focus massage with Dominic on my chronic neck condition and it was the best neck massage I have ever received. He not only listened to me about my ROM limitations, but he intuitively worked areas of my neck and shoulders providing me with immediate relief from my daily discomfort. I have continued to return to see Dominic for my neck focus sessions, and booked more time for my last visit so he could work on the rest of my body. I have suffered from hip discomfort for years d/t a torn gluteus medius tendon and wake up every a.m. almost unable to stand. The day after my massage with Dominic, my hip discomfort was gone. He is talented and professional, and has produced transformative results for me and my chronic discomfort issues.

Julia started our session asking me what my trouble spots were and then proceeded to work out the tension, soreness and tight knots. I felt completely relaxed and in good kind and professional hands. The benefits lasted for quite a while, reminding me how nice and therapeutic massages can be. Next time I’m in the area, I will see Julia again for another treatment.

One of the best massages I have had. Top 10 for sure and I have genuinely had over a thousand massages. ( I am a female ). She was one of the most knowledgeable masseuses I have encountered. She put my tendons on my left shoulder blade back into place and found several points I have been struggling with and told me I must be getting headaches often which I have been and did not know why…. Incredibly impressed with Zhao. I wish I lived here her massage was so good. She is very strong and gave me one of the most intense deep tissue massages I have had ( I asked for it ). You will not regret going to her. 10/10 recommend
