I have compassion for a place like this. To choose Profit over Patients is troubling. While I am using a fake name here, had two visits, and the four different women I dealt with all struggled with job duties. There were mistakes, forgetfulness, laziness, and just plain incompetence. They were also less that forthcoming with their insurance and billing practices. I will say that everyone was at least nice and the office was very clean. When one chooses Profits over Patients however, mistakes happen. Suggest looking elsewhere.
Lost my paperwork, didn't know who I was or why I was there. First appointment they took pictures and then scheduled me another appointment. Absolutely nothing was accomplished. NP seemed completely lost and out of it and didn't seem to care much about what I had to say. Staff was friendly but certainly gave the impression nobody knew what was going on. I was given no useful information. So for a few photos and wasting my time I was charged $178. I spent almost a year trying to get someone to help with my legs, finally I had an appointment and this is what I get. Very friendly staff and very caring DR! That’s few and far between these days. I had an appointment in 5 weeks but when I called and explained the symptoms were getting worse progressively they got me in the next day!
