The shopping experience was just like the ads, I came in on 06/28 around 5:40 (not knowing they are closing soon) to try on the glasses I found online. The two ladies who helped me took the time to find the pairs of glasses and recommend which they would like to see me in. Instead, they swapped out ALL of the silicone ear and nose pads along with giving everything a thorough clean. Yes, these are considerably more expensive than most other frames, but they last forever and the customer service is outstanding!“

“Apex is great - it may be a little expensive but it's your eyesight. The selection is great but it's the service that's unique. They take such care in fitting you, and you can come back again and again and they stand by their work. I have bent my glasses pretty badly more than once and they have always adjusted them perfectly. I've tried other places but came back here a while ago because they are better than anyone else.“
