I saw the worst and the best at EyeRX. The eye exam was fine but the tech got my PD (distance between pupils) wrong.Then their lab also made the lenses wrong and broke my beloved frames. EyeRX staff wouldn’t even look for them. Then Alex, a manager, couldn’t locate the broken frames but paid for another optician to make lenses, and promised another frame to make up for the broken one. Nice! But then he ghosted me for almost a month. Enter Erica Chase, who apologized fervently though she had nothing to do with the errors, and fixed everything. Even found the broken frame. I had a very comprehensive check up with Dr Lobough and his medical assistants. The welcoming receptionist as well as Jason West who fitted glasses were all very efficient and friendly. Very happy I found this practice. I will be a returning patient for sure. Also they have an excellent selection of frames.
