I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. “I had to have what I thought was only some repair work done to my nearly 100 year old slate shingle roof. But, unfortunately, I was really wrong. I needed my whole roof replaced.The estimator from Roland Slate, Denis, got onto the roof, and came back down with some horrifying pictures for me. I couldn't believe what I was looking out. But the pictures were real and of a portion of the roof that wasn't visible from the ground.In that area, the roof was conpletely exposed to the sun for nearly 100 years. And some of the shingles had turned white, with a creamsicle orange toward the center!Denis and I discussed what would be best for me. He told me that slate was going to be very expensive. So he prepared two estimates for me of material that looked like slate.And the material I chose looks like slate, that is supposed to last at least 50 years.Roland Slate is literally the only place to go to deal with slate in the Baltimore. They take great care to make you comfortable with what needs to be done. And everyone I have dealt with from there has been incredibly nice and understanding.Now, I have to have the stucco on my house completely removed and have a lot of brickwork done in there. I am going to have fake stucco, which I understand is as good or better than the real stucco. Some of the brick has to be replaced. So, i know that this is going to be expensive.But, I've already talked to Roland about giving me estimates. I wouldn't go to anyone else.“

“If you need your gutters cleaned Labi should be your #1 choice. He is responsive, professional, diligent, communicative and does fantastic clean-up. We used to use a well known local company that never really communicated clearly with us on the condition of our gutters but would upload random "before and after photos of our gutters" which would only be accessible for a month. We never had time to look at them immed and b/c the guys they sent to do the cleaning did not like to talk we never really knew if there were any issues! Labi is the total opposite and we are very very happy. He will be installing new Leaf Relief gutter guards for us shortly at a very reasonable price so will update my review again when that installation is done. What a rarity it is these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and is fair and honest and extremely pleasant:):)“
