CRG Roofing and Siding
“Long Post **Outstanding Service**
I cannot say enough wonderful things about CRG Roofing and the outstanding job they did on both my roof and the interior of my home! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The quality of their work was beautiful, and the attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations.
Dealing with my insurance company throughout this process was incredibly stressful and overwhelming, but CRG Roofing helped take so much of that stress and worry off my shoulders. Having a team that was knowledgeable, supportive, informative, and genuinely committed to helping made all the difference. They helped make a difficult situation much easier to navigate, and for that, I am truly grateful.
A special thank-you to Carlo, Brandi, Erik, Dieter, and their entire team, for their professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. They took the time to explain things thoroughly, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Their communication and willingness to help never went unnoticed.
What impressed me most, aside from the beautiful work on my roof and interior, was their integrity, honesty, and commitment to doing the job right. It is refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about their customers, takes pride in workmanship, and follows through on commitments. Their actions demonstrated that they value more than just completing a job; they value building trust and making sure their customers are taken care of.
The finished work is beautiful, and I am extremely pleased with the results! From the customer service to the quality of the workmanship, CRG Roofing exceeded my expectations. They turned what could have continued to be a stressful experience into a much more positive one, and I cannot thank them enough.
If you are looking for a roofing company that delivers quality work, excellent customer service, and, most importantly, integrity, I HIGHLY recommend CRG Roofing!
You can feel confident knowing that you have a team that cares about the work they do and the people they serve.
I would absolutely use their services again in the future without hesitation. Thank you, Carlo, Brandi, Erik, Dieter, and the entire CRG Roofing team, for their hard work, compassion, professionalism, and dedication. You have earned my trust, my appreciation, and my highest recommendation!”
