I was shopping around for someone to replace the mansard shingles on my row home and all the companies I was dealing with wanted upwards of $5k to do the job because it was a "small job and we have to make it worth it". I reached out to Roofing Unlimited after we saw their building on the way to North Point State Park. I reached out via their website and within a few hours I was emailed a quote for everything I was looking for (well under 5k and more towards what we were thinking the cost was going to be) and was on their schedule the next week. I had a very bad leak where shingles had blown off due to wind damage. I called them and they told me I should call my homeowners insurance because they will pay for acts of nature, such as storm damage and such. I had a deductible of $500.00. And the repairs were close to $1100 but it was worth it, so I like to thank them for the imfo which saved me money. It was funny when I found out the owners name was the same as mine but we are not related. But they treated me like family. Very good bunch of men on the crew, and the job has held up good so far . Great company. My realtor referred them and now my entire family uses them. Great prices. Not sure what those other reviews are about but I've never heard a bad thing about this company
