I simply can't say enough good things about the job they did. From the quoting and planning process they understood and addressed my concerns. Then, when it came to the day of the job, from the Forman who ran the crew through to the men who in an amazingly efficient way completed the work, everything was done in a single day. And best of all, other than having a sparkling new roof, you would literally never know they were here. There is even a trace of debris or a single scrap or nail to be found.

Fantastic customer service, and a pleasure to deal with. Job completed as promised and at quoted price! Very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to refer business to them in the future!

What a great experience we had with Alternative Roofing! We had an internal leak around a lower window and it was thought, possibly, from the rooftop. John arrived in time. He was professional, warm, an excellent communicator and a good listener. After a thorough inspection, John explained the leak may not be a roof issue, instead, he felt it may be a damaged caulking issue from a window higher above. This assessment was wonderfully incredible coming from a roofer! John fixed the caulking without charging us anything.
