My next door neighbor and I had our roof done by Aero Roofing 8 and a half years ago. We started getting leaks a few months ago causing damage to both bedrooms. The owner TJ came out and discovered that a neighbor on the other side had his roof done by inexperienced contractors and they did not seal their overlapping shingles causing our problems. Aero stood behind their work! I find this so refreshing in the present days of scammers. Aero is an Honest company and I will be glad to personally give my recommendation to anyone that asks. This company deserves your trust! Chris and Lin Nichols
About Aero Residential Contractors Inc.
Aero Residential Contractors Inc. is a roofing contractor in Baltimore offering roofing installations, repairs, and home improvement solutions. The company replaced a main roof and porch roof in one day and walked homeowners through the process every step of the way. Aero’s price was thousands of dollars less than competitors after several quotes. The team is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful, and the end result of a roof looks amazing. Aero helped with a torched down rubber roof for a dormer, explained everything, and was friendly and professional. Workers were friendly, cleaned up, hauled away trash, and took before and after photos. Prices are reasonable. Aero installed gutters, down spouts, and gutter guards, met the same day, provided an estimate the next day, and completed the job promptly and professionally with a team of five working non-stop and cleaning up the job site well. A second roof lasted 13 years before high wind storms led to repairs and a replacement with a better and more modern shingle. The whole process was easy, with great communication from start to finish. The crew did an excellent job tearing off and replacing the roof, and the job site was cleaned up with no trace of them being there. Aero always does excellent work and is easy to work with.

Finding this company was a Godsend! If I could give them more stars, I would. I had a roof repair emergency after a storm in the Spring, and there was going to be a bad storm predicted for that night. It was on a Sunday, and they were the only company who responded to my calls. TJ called right away, and he scheduled one of his roofing crew members to come to my home to do the repair, and it was an excellent job. While on my roof the repairman took photos of other problems with the integrity of my roof, so I asked them to replace my roof and gutters. The workers were professional, courteous, and they did an outstanding job with the best materials, and they made sure it… read full review
