“Robert was out canvassing my neighbourhood on the day that my next door neighbour was having a roof inspection done. All my neighbours had their roofs removed, repaired and a new set of shingles put on. I have been in this house since new for the last 22 years. I was not convinced that there was an issue with my roof, however there were a few area where water was entering and I could see some water damage over the garage. I was busy and Robert left a paper on my door. I called him back and mid atlantic sent someone to look. Eric was very thorough and explained that there were some issues. The insurance company's adjuster came and next thing I knew, I was getting a new roof. The whole process was quick and seamless and I am delighted.
