“I have only done grooming services here, not boarding. The staff are always friendly and the groomers are very quick and efficient. They are better at trimming my dogs nails than at the vet and it is much less expensive. they also have very good availability and easy online scheduling . highly recommend“

“I had a great experience here with Dr. Fontaine and the rest of the staff at Dupont Vet Clinic! I took my newly adopted shelter cat for a wellness appointment and vaccine. It was efficient, and Dr. Fontaine answered all my questions and gave me some great cat advice. I also was able to schedule the appointment just one day after calling. Everyone I interacted with at the clinic loves animals and is very kind. Look forward to coming here for years to come!“

“I have mixed feelings about district dogs after the major incidences at some of their other locations (the flooding and animal abuse). I've only had a handful of challenging incidences with them at the Clarendon location but overall have had a very good experience. Cons: -I had to pick up my dog earlier one day (forcing me to leave work) because my dog was deemed aggressive/nippy. When I asked for footage they said they didn't have any available to show me. Yet they have a camera available in their playrooms? An incident like this never happened again. -they're somewhat poor at answering phone calls. They should have someone available at their front desk at all times but this isn't the case. Pros: -located very close to work for me -hours are long so it works great for someone like me who may get off work later in the evening. -positive experience with puppy training here with Matt!“

Jess was so quick … he was done in about an hour and she listened about the length!!! Usually groomers cut his hair extra short but Jess kept some length which I loved!!will be coming back to heart and paw for grooming!“

Our pup is a serial caprophage, so we are impressed by how well the staff manage her. She is also high energy and needs time to adjust when she gets to daycare. We love how absolutely tired she is after a long and fun day at daycare.“

“I've brought my dog here 3-4 times for grooming. I always make my appointment via text and Carel accommodates our schedule for dropping off. She always communicates when our dog is almost done so we have a 20 minute heads up when we can pick her up. The cuts have all been good and our dog seems well cared for.“
“I am in awe of this place. This is now my second visit & my heeler/pointer mix, Oliver, comes back so CLEAN, thoroughly brushed to the point where he hardly sheds the few days following his appointment, and his nails properly trimmed. I was SHOCKED when I brought him back the second time and he was running to the entrance. Any other groomer Ive taken him to, Ive had to drag his feet as he refuses to enter. So glad we were referred here. Staff is also so friendly!“

“Took my princess Mia to the groomers. I overall had a great experience she smelled great. As soon as I was walking her to the car I could smell how great she smelled. I did have a small super minor inconvenience. I reached out to dawgs and paws and they were able to correct the situation. overall it was a 10/10 experience. just because you had a minor inconvenience you shouldn’t leave a bad review. they affect the business so much.. reach out to them and see how they can correct things, and they did just that. definitely going back.“
