Very good experience. Had a scheduled 12:30 appt and it happened exactly on time. The vet staff were welcoming, understanding and very gentle with our adult Tabby cat, as they examined and gave him shots. Our cat took the experience far better than I expected; he did not cry or try to bite or scratch the vets. I definitely will take him there for all cat needs they provide.
I took one of our pups in for his annual shots. The vet staff were super friendly and efficient. He felt really comfortable around them. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Make sure you arrive on time and have completed the intake paperwork beforehand. It makes everything go much smoother.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Pleased with the overall efficiency of the process. My dog was fearful of vets, but wasn't as stressed out as she would have been if we went to the vet's office.
