Really gentle with my dog and he ended up looking so absolutely extra adorable!! My dog hates going to the groomer usually but this time he seemed pretty content! Jess was so quick … he was done in about an hour and she listened about the length!!! Usually groomers cut his hair extra short but Jess kept some length which I loved!!will be coming back to heart and paw for grooming!

I’ve brought my dog here multiple times for both regular check ups and when something is wrong. I continue to be impressed with the kindness of the staff. They went out of their way to make my pup comfortable.
