Mikhail Nowlin is a clearly outstanding general manager. Of course, the entire staff is terrific - all are courteous and helpful while a couple are even fun to interact with - however, Mikhail is exceptionally masterful in his customer care and service, flexibility, rapid response, and true affection for our Bravo.

Our foxhound - black lab has been going to Dogtopia for over a year. The staff are the very best! Milli has never had an issue with another dog. Our pup is a serial caprophage, so we are impressed by how well the staff manage her. She is also high energy and needs time to adjust when she gets to daycare. We love how absolutely tired she is after a long and fun day at daycare.

The Dogtopia Bethesda staff are wonderful! They genuinely care about the dogs in their care and are quick to address any concerns. I never worry when dropping my dog off at daycare because I know the staff will take care of her. The facility is always clean. 5 stars!
