Called up Regional Pest Management and they came back to try a different treatment, free of charge. I now use them to spray the outside of my house every spring to prevent insects from getting in. “Excellent customer service, called on a Sunday with a pest problem in the dryer vent. They had the option for emergency service with an extra charge. Decided to have them swing by on Monday morning. The tech was very approachable and spent the time to explain how the vent covers work. Since he didn't have all the vents, he offered to come back the next day to install them. To my surprised he showed up in the afternoon to finish the job! Highly recommended!“
