Your representative did a good job of working with how my pets make traps and poison unworkable and explaining how powder works with rodent control and then carefully inserted the powder and sealed each burrow hole. So far, none has re-opened!

I have been using the company for more than ten years (first with American Pest Control which was bought by the current company). The service quality seems to have deteriorated over the past few years. The service has become inconsistent. Even though I have instruction for the technician to call prior to arrival, some do some don’t. When they don’t, they cannot access certain part of the property so the perimeter treatment would not be complete. The technician used to clean up cobwebs during exterior treatment. They no longer do that. The website payment system is awkward especially for someone with multiple properties.
