Zamani is polite and personable. He answered all my questions respectfully and knowledgeably. The last time he was here for a mosquito treatment, I asked him to check on what I thought was an anthill. He checked it and treated it for me. Without my asking, he checked on the anthill again this time and treated it again because there was still some activity. I always appreciate when a tech remembers a concern and takes initiative to check on and resolve it if necessary. Job well done!
