They sent out an inspector who could only confirm there was a rodent issue but the guy has nothing with him to solve the problem and said I would be scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday....today is Saturday. Nest Pest Control of Laurel was called and the owner patiently listened to my concerns and sent out a wonderful professional who came equipped to do the job. “Excellent customer service, called on a Sunday with a pest problem in the dryer vent. They had the option for emergency service with an extra charge. Decided to have them swing by on Monday morning. The tech was very approachable and spent the time to explain how the vent covers work. Since he didn't have all the vents, he offered to come back the next day to install them. To my surprised he showed up in the afternoon to finish the job! Highly recommended!“
