I’ve been using them since 2017 (different company that merged) and have never been disappointed. Highly professional, respectful, and personable team all around!
I requested service back in October 2023 to which our issue with yellowjackets was not resolved over the course of approx. 10 visits of inspectors, managers and techs. While the techs were always respectful and professional, we were always on the same page of not understanding why the office was sending specific people as opposed to sending a manager or inspector right away (the course of action made no sense). It wasted a lot of time and our problem with yellowjackets was horrific. I finally *requested* a refund on Dec 14 and it has been over two months to which I have not received a penny.
