“I had the pleasure of doing business with Ihab. When I call for an immediate need to have mice exterminated from home ?, he came the same day to inspect the perimeter of house (indoors & outdoors) of all the possible locations the mice would travel since I sited the mice on my kitchen counter and pantry. While doing my site inspection outdoors, he discovered birds nesting in the exhaust vent duct work for my rec room. He offered me a package deal to exterminate the mice and removal of the bird ? nest from my exhaust duct work as well as treat & sanitizer the area. I scheduled each work separately. Ihab strategically setup bait traps in my house and cleaned up all mice droppings. The bird nest removal requires a separate visit due to the layout of the exhaust duct work and he wants to make sure the bird nest removal is successful without leaving any residue for bird mites. Ihab is very professional and courtesy as well as has a passion for pest control. I give him 5+ stars ? for his work ethics and integrity. I look for to his next home visit for the bird nest removal and follow-up visit of the mice bait stations.”
