Aptive personnel communicated prior to showing up at my home and walked me through the process of what they're doing while they are doing it. Including pictures of what they are treating. They are always professional and friendly people to work with.Services: Spider extermination
Great experience every time. Had a huge ant infestation in my kitchen every summer. Couldn't go to bed until every last morsel was swept and every drip wiped or I would wake up to a pile of ants. Anyone who lives near the woods understands this. I noticed after 2 visits, the problem was solved. I haven't seen not a single ant anywhere in my house. I did the 1 year agreement and haven't regret it. Would highly recommend.
I always like how Aptive messages and gives an hour window when they’ll arrive. When they arrive, they come to the door and explain everything they will be doing and answer any questions. I never feel rushed and am always happy with the service. Today service was performed by Jerome.
