I asked for a follow up spot treatment for wasps and hornets (I also have yellow jackets) Travez Moore came today and treated the areas of concern for us. I give 4 stars because I am a new customer with EcoShield and need to see how the treatment's effectiveness is over the next few weeks/months.
Joel Swabon did great job. I showed him the kinds on pest/insect we had seen, and quickly understood how to treat them. I really appreciate his work, very professional, polite and customer focused. He had been moving mice station as he figured out the best place for the bait station to be in.
