“I adopted a teenage puppy who had lots of leash reactivity and lots of pulling. Denise was the 2nd trainer we worked with and since working with Denise, he's made huge progress! He would lunge and bark at everything from a cart to a recycle bin to a tall branch hanging over the fence. After determining the right tool that worked for me and him, and working through some of my own anxieties with him, I feel more confident walking him and he is much easier to handle. Me and him still have work to do, (practice makes perfect!) but I feel like I can breath when I take him out of my house and I no longer worry about the big feelings and reactivity that he had towards any and everything. Thanks to Denise, my teenage puppy might just make it to his humans sports events one day!“

“Update: we have now been using Dogon Fitness for 4 years. Matt moved away and we now have Karla. She has become part of our family in the area. Our Koda passed away last year, but our Coco loves Karla. We trust her implicitly. Still 5 stars for us.From 4 years ago. My lovable dog Koda is a big yellow lab mix that we adopted from a rescue. He does not warm up to new people or experiences easily. It has not been easy to find a dog walking service capable have having multiple staff members who can just walk in and care for my dog. When we had to change services because he intimidated most of the dog walkers at my previous service; they recommended Carol and DogOn Fitness. Carol is calm and Koda loved her right away. Matt is a trainer and equally calm. It has been terrific feeling confident that no matter when I need their numerous services, they have someone that not only can care for my cautious Koda, but helps us continue our training with our foster dog Jake. They are helping us maintain his education while we find him his new forever home. Thank you Carol and Andrea for my peace of mind.“

“Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.“

“I adopted a dog in October and it’s been winter the entire time I have had him (basically) and while we walk multiple times daily, I knew I needed to find him a place to get some real activity in along with other dogs.I decided to check Hound Town out over other options in the area.I made an appt so they could evaluate my dog and see if he would be a good fit.The Manager was very friendly and my dog took to him right away. I couldn’t wait to get him back for his first play date!This Saturday is a Cold, Rainy, Sloppy Day… A Perfect Day Go To Hound Town for his first Play date!This type of weather is a perfect situation of why i’m sure we will be back many , many more times to have some hound fun!“

I also had Tokyo, Lauren, and Wiley (I hope I spelled their names right) who took care of my cat. They all had excellent customer service and I’m happy they enjoyed being around my cat. “I have been a customer of Healthy Hound for over ten years and would never consider leaving my beagles in the care of any other kennel. HHP provides everything I am looking for in a kennel. I am happy they are open every day of the year. The most important part of this review should address the care of my pets, and this is where I feel that HHP really shines. Most importantly, I appreciate the daycare that HHP provides all day. There are three separate play areas based on a dog's size which is important as my dogs are smaller. I also like the fact that staff are always present in the play areas. My dogs are always excited to arrive at HHP and are picked up tired yet happy. Just as important as daycare to me is the boarding at HHP. I know that my dogs are in a safe environment when we are apart. Having a staff person onsite with the boarders throughout the night is the big reason I never worry about my dogs when they need to be boarded overnight. Finally, I feel no review of any business can complete without a mention of the staff. The employees at HHP are obviously well trained at their jobs and experienced. The reception area always offers a warm greeting and moves you through the check in and check out process quickly. In closing, I absolutely recommend the daycare and boarding services provided at HHP. I have experienced a lot of kennels over the years and feel that HHP provides everything I am looking for when it comes to the care of my dogs.“

The report card with photos after daycare is a nice touch (the photos I added to this review are from the report card).Great staff members that are friendly and enjoy being around all the dogs. I have a small dog who is dog friendly but nervous around new people, the staff clearly knew how to handle it as she is now best friends with all of them. We've even seen some staff out and about around Clarendon and they've been happy to stop and say hi to my dog when she got excited to see them.The facility seems clean and well kept, I've been coming to this location for a while and my dog hasn't come home smelling bad or dirty. She also seems like she gets a good amount of attention throughout the day!“
