Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.
The communication and skill from Carmen were fantastic. I was in a bind looking for a new groomer because the last one nearly butchered my dog, and Carmen was good enough to add my to her clientele list when i was in need. She sent regular updates and pictures. My dog did have a little trouble in the middle of the grooming session, but Carmen let me know, and I had no worries. My baby still came out looking amazing, and I was very happy with the end result. Will be going back.
We have been visiting Carmen for several months now. We were lucky to become one of her clients. She is very down to earth and passionate about wellness, training and understanding how to communicate with our “little” one. She provides updates and pictures throughout our doggie daycare. I have complete trust in her care and the attention she bestows on Olivia.
