The team is super attentive and caring. My pup has epilepsy and they always make sure to look out for him & let me know he’s had a good day. The communication between staff from drop off to pick up has been great.

Reviews
Huggs is a little different, he comes to Houndstown for the love and hugs from the people who cared for and loved my dog unconditionally for 4 years. I’ve been to a lot of doggy day cares, and what I appreciate most about Rich and the staff is that they don’t just love dogs, they understand them. And that’s always been what matters most to me. Whatever unique quirk your dog may have, they’ll work with you to make sure your dog is comfortable and happy. Thank you Houndstown:)
Rich and his staff are exceptional. I highly recommend HoundsTown Gaithersburg. My pup is 5 years old has been going since she was 6 months old. She comes happy and exhausted. They truly care about each and every pup, and are invested in their well being.
