“Good experience. From the front desk to the staff. With my mother coming from a nursing home setting, they processed her paperwork in a timely manner, scheduled her appointment quick and accommodated her (she was coming by stretcher). The staff got her in quick and Dr. Franklin didn't waste no time coming to see her and examining her. He was thorough but move fast because he was concerned because my mother is a vent patient so he didn't want her waiting. He discussed her wound and the treatment plan.“

“Overall, the care I received was exceptional. The staff was so incredibly kind patient accommodating educating and overall I cannot commend them enough. I was there overall for seven hours, and I do believe that the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. I heard from the nurses that none of them had taken breaks that day. None of them had taken a lunch and essentially they had been working all day. I do believe that the staff is overworked as well as patients are overbooked. I believe I overheard them saying that there were 27 patients that day all receiving the same procedure and again I just believe that at that point Planned Parenthood is prioritizing quantity over quality. I only had one negative experience with one staff member I believe her name was Devante or Keyonte, but she was in charge of my education and she was on her phone, texting the whole time, listening to music, barely explaining anything and I do believe she had one of the most essential roles, which was the education process. I had questions about birth control. I had questions about the anesthesia, and I felt intimidated asking her anything. She seemed like she was bothered by me being there and that was very unfortunate because again I do believe that her role was an essential part of the process more essential than any other step when it came to taking my vitals doing my ultrasound, etc. Once again I will say that the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I was there for seven hours and while that was the absolute worst part of the experience. The procedure was quick. The staff was incredible. Everything was painless, and I just believe that the workers deserve better.“

She doesn't make you feel rushed and makes sure that any questions you have are answered. She was able to remove all of my breast cancer. The anesthesia team is also wonderful! I don't remember everyone's name's because they make sure that your appointments are close together so that they can start treatment immediately! In the pre-op room, Wendy was very informative about do's and don'ts after surgery because she had personal experience. Everyone that I came into contact with, starting with the woman who greets you and takes your info and the appointment scheduler are friendly and professional! Trust me! You definitely want a doctor like Dr. Milburn!“
