The staff members at Shepherd's clinic, from the moment I walked in, to the phlebotomist, to the doctor, Dr. Annie, have been cheerful, knowledgeable and fast. Everyone has well exceeded my expectations and I can only hope for the same level of excellence as I move through the medical care process. A++++

Very pleased with The staff first entering The building then very pleased with The doctor once checked in with my dad and after the visit with the doctor not only was the doctor helpful with medical needs but personal issues also, I'm happy I was refferd to the Shepherd's Clinic for my Dad.

They are AMAIZING! Nice staff, very organized! They take their job very seriously. The Dr. Took time to talk to us and listens to us patiently. I can't stress enough how organized they are, they give you a call for your appointment first then they send you a letter stating when is the appointment... They don't leave you alone they follow up with you. They are GREAT... God bless every each of them.
