After having increasing problems with swallowing over a period of years, I finally sought out Dr. Cromwell to determine what was going on. My throat had been constricting, and he explained my condition and the options clearly and then we took action to remedy the problem. Since then, no more almost-choking incidents or worrying about whether I would be able to swallow large pills! In addition, his office staff is exemplary and always a pleasure to deal with.

I would like to say what an awesome experience I have had with Dr. Cromwell. From the initial scheduling to the actual telemedicine appointment, it was perfect. I have never encountered an office that takes the time to actually listen and speak to you without rushing you, especially the office manager. THANK YOU!

Dr. Cromwell is a credit to his profession. He is friendly, knowledgeable and explains things so that you understand. He allows you to ask questions and listens to understand your concerns. He had read my chart prior to my appointment, so he was ready to address my issues. I definitely upgraded when I transferred my care to his office in Salisbury.
