Lady at the front desk rolled her eyes so far back I could see ALL white. All because I didn't have two forms completed. Not everyone has a printer. Be kind. 5 stars for the doctor. We had the best conversation. Very funny and knowledgeable doctor. He absolutely deserves 5 stars.

Outstanding experience. The staff and doctor made everything very relaxing for someone who's never had a nerve conduction test. I appreciated the attention to detail, and calm bedside manner throughout the experience!!
