“Dr. Eric Kaminsky is a wonderful physical therapist. I (45M) went into BHMC back in Feb with what I thought was knee pain due to running. He quickly identified the pain was due to other quad and hip issues. My knee was fine, but without addressing the other issues, the knee would eventually get worse.

He gave me multiple strength exercises to do weekly, along with daily mobility exercises. The exercises along with his weekly cupping, scrapping, and dry needling, has transformed my leg, and made it stronger and more mobile.

Physical therapy is what you put into it, and with the tools and skills Dr. Kaminsky taught me, I am in a better place to continue my running journey. So many folks give up running due to pains that won’t go away. This experience showed me that with the proper exercises, mobility, and planning, I can run well into old age.

BHMC is a great facility with excellent practitioners that really serves the Canton neighborhood. I walk there from my house and I feel so lucky that such a top notch facility is steps from my front door. Thank you Dr. Kaminsky and the staff at BHMC!“

“This is an excellent place to go for care. EVERYONE!! The front desk, side desk and doctor are exceptionally nice!!! They were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and show they really care. I was having a bad day and in desperate need to see a neurologist. My appt was scheduled same day. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the staff was awesome. “Good experience. From the front desk to the staff. With my mother coming from a nursing home setting, they processed her paperwork in a timely manner, scheduled her appointment quick and accommodated her (she was coming by stretcher). The staff got her in quick and Dr. Franklin didn't waste no time coming to see her and examining her. He was thorough but move fast because he was concerned because my mother is a vent patient so he didn't want her waiting. He discussed her wound and the treatment plan.“

“What can I say im here every six months for routine check-ups. The staff are very friendly, and professional. Sometimes you may experience long wait times when seeing a doctor, however that has rarely happened to me personally. The pharmacy staff are awesome, and very efficient. There is usually minimal to no wait time for prescriptions that have been requested ahead of time, walk in requested prescriptions usually take about 30 mins to fill. There is plenty of seating in every area of the facility, and plenty of sercurity officers to make sure you have a safe and pleasant visit. This facility is wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, and always very clean. Oh also they offer free parking in the garage underneath the building.“

“My daughter was born with Cornelia De Lange syndrome. She was 37 years old. On 2-12-2024, She was brought in by Ambulance. She suffered a severe trauma to the right side of her Brain. She had 3 separate bleeds on her Brain. She also suffered a Heart attack while they were trying to incubate her. Her heart stopped for 10 minutes. They managed to bring her back, but she was in a coma and on Life support.My husband and I immediately flew to Baltimore to be with her. The ICU Nurses were All very kind and compassionate. Dr. DeBoer was extremely patient and explained everything to me in a kind and compassionate manner. My beautiful little girl passed away on 3-1-2024. My husband and I are heartbroken. She was only 37 years old. I just wanted to say that at the hardest time of my life, it truly helped to have a kind Doctor and Nursing Staff.“

“I am like most patients...I don't want to be a patient. However, when the time comes, it is a pleasant surprise to be cared for by people who treat me with genuine concern and great attitudes! That is what I received over last weekend when I was admitted for an emergency gallbladder removal. I wish the ER took didn't take so long, but it was apparent many there use the department as their primary doctor's office. Frankling Square personnel cannot control the numbers. After admission, I was under the care of six separate shifts and each team was thorough and friendly. A special call out to Chantell in 3B, who took it upon herself to wheel me to te discharge exit so I could make it home to watch the AFC Championship game! That's not a medical procedure, that's simply being cool.“
