The gentlemen showed up on time, were very professional and infomative. They answered all of my questions. They showed me everything they were doing every step of the way. The results of the back flow test were sent on the spot.
After the hot water flush was completed, they were kind enough to take off the cover and inspect the insides for any signs of concern. They even had me check my water was still hot before they left.
