“Dr. Edward Morris, is a doctor with both compassion and empathy. He is concerned about both the physical and emotional well being of his patients. He was my Mother's cardioliogist for the last 10 years of her life. The team of Dr. Edward Morris and her primary care, Dr. Gerard Harris, literally kept my Mother alive.“

“Dr. Dsouza is truly the best! She has enhanced my life in many ways. She is empathetic, thoughtful, and kind. When I came to DCIM, I was struggling with PCOS symptoms, thyroid problems, high cortisol, etc. and I was not getting the help I needed through conventional doctors. Through testing she was able to get to the route of my problems and create a holistic health plan customized to my needs. I love how Dr. Dsouza incorporates both conventional and holistic medicine into her approach. After a year of treatment with Dr. Dsouza, I am feeling the best I have in years! I also worked with Elena, the nutritionist at DCIM, and she was amazing. She was easy to work with and helped me customize a diet that improved my health while also fitting into my lifestyle. I couldn't recommend DCIM enough!“

“Originally went to Providence for what I thought was still there (urgent care) to find out it closed in August! However a nice security guard informed me there was a clinic on the 3rd floor! I came at 9am on a Wednesday and was out by 9:35am with all the prescriptions I needed. The office was very clean as well and not busy. The front desk staff and doctor were both very welcoming and nice. The front desk answered all my questions about their services they provided and the doctor explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back when and if needed. Thank you again for providing quick and efficient care.“

“Dr. Safayan is a lifesaver. My husband has always had low iron but Dr Safayan was the first dr to ever say, "let's find out why". Due to family history, it was highly likely that he had celiac but instead of only testing for that, he did a full work up and a unusually large polyp was discovered. My husband was in his early 30's so it wld have gone undetected until it was a problem. I'm surprised to hear others say Dr. Safayan a money-making machine. On the contrary, he spends 20-30 minutes with us (more as necessary), never rushes us, and always asks for a complete health picture. We've found him to be far more thorough than any other doctors we've gone to and that includes some top-notch "Gucci doctors". Also, a shout out to Monica at the front desk who is always so pleasant.“

“NVFP is the very best care you can receive. My primary doctor is Dr. Havert and she has been an absolute godsend. She is patient and open and willing to listen and isn’t dismissive when you tell her, “so, maybe this is nothing.. but…”. I have been dealing an issue that I knew wasn’t normal *for me* for YEARS but no other dr would listen. I would get the dismissive “oh, you are a mom” or “lose weight” or “yea, it’s aging”, but my labs were “fine”. Dr. Havert has been the only Dr. to sit down and say “huh. That’s no good. Let’s figure this out.” And the protocols we have experimented with have been LIFE CHANGING and I am starting to feel like my old self again. My children (who are little) see Dr. Gardner and he is so knowledgeable and also is so patient with me and the kids— thoroughly explaining to me what the issue is, how to manage it and/or when to call him. The staff are also incredibly nice and helpful. Their customer service is truly top notch. I tell everyone I meet about this practice. You cannot go wrong with any of the doctors!“

“Considering they’ve taken the profit motive away and attempt to pay their staff a living wage ya gotta give this to them.I’ve been coming here for years (over 10 to be exact) and I’ve dealt with the good and the not so good. Things are at an all time high, they weathered the pandemic (and still provided prescriptions) and continue to serve an underserved community. Their initial stake was for HIV positive patients, however they serve all communities including folks like me on MedicaidThank you AHF for your place in the communitu“

“Dr Shocket is fantastic! He is the most kind, reasonable, and professional physician I have ever encountered. He listens intently, takes your views into account, and offers suggestions that make sense. He is also not a physician who “over orders” uncomfortable testing and procedures. His office staff is also kind and professional and the check-in process was smooth and extremely quick. I highly recommend Dr. Shocket if you are in need of GI care. He is simply the best!“

“This was an absolutely amazing experience that would have been otherwise terrifying if it weren't for Brenda Scott. From the second I walked in she made sure I was taken care of. My nurse, Tiffany was also delightful and eased the pain of getting vaccinated. I 10/10 recommend this facility. Thank you for everything you do!“

“I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Haden and his staff. He’s one of the most knowledgeable and open-minded doctors I’ve ever met. He’s up to date on all the latest research. Very respectful. Not rushed. And I learned a lot of new things from him (including some differential diagnoses that I had never heard of that now make tons of sense), and the way he’s discussed things with me it seems he learns a lot from his patients too. His approach was a participatory one with me and he combines traditional medicine with integrative approaches if that appeals to you. That combo is exactly what works for me. And his nurse Candra is great. Also since he does house calls, he can recommend other specialists who do the same. They have also been very good.“

“This was such a great experience that my husband left saying if he ever had a broken bone, he’d want to go there too (yep, to the Urogynecology clinic)! Dr. Briana Walton, the nurse, and the receptionist were all thorough listeners that never made me feel rushed or that my symptoms were irrelevant. I’ve seen a handful of doctors over the same issue, but Dr. Walton made observations no one else had and I left with an action plan I actually understood. Bonus points that the entire place is renovated beautifully, clean, and they validate parking.“

“I recently had a procedure. The staff was awesome. From the young lady who checked me in to the post-op nurse. Even the woman who I spoke with today to address my concerns was awesome. Very nice, agreeable and understanding. I still thought it necessary that I come on and share my thoughts.Everything was great except, I was starving. I totally understand that sometimes things happens. Emergencies happen and non-emergencies have to be bumped. I find no fault in this. However, I was NPO for close to 24hrs. I couldn't eat. My procedure was bumped. It was supposed to happen at 12:45pm. I didn't get in the OR until 3:45pm. When I woke-up, the only food they had for me was Graham crackers. I was groggy and starving. I needed something more than Graham crackers and water. Long ago, I worked in a NYS hospital in Am Surg. We always made sure to have some sandwiches on deck from the cafeteria for when situations such as this happened. My commute home was an hour. I didn't get to eat dinner until 9pm. That was 25 hours since I had eaten a wholesome meal. If the hospital can't provide some light fare after same day surgery than maybe they should suggest to patients that they bring a sandwich or something in the event that their surgery gets bumped and they can't eat for even longer. So yea, my messages to all.... If you're having same day surgery you might want to pack a sandwich just in case your procedure time gets bumped and it's been almost 24hrs or more since you last at.“

“I have had issues with Plantar Fasciitis and knotted muscles in my neck and back for couple years. I've tried massage therapy, a chiropractor and sports massage and although I might get relief for a few days, the pain always returned. At my first appointment with Emily, I cannot tell you what a relief it was to wake up pain free every morning since.Emily is AMAZING!!!“
