“I was referred to CN Internal Medicine by my previous primary care doctor, and my expectations have been blown out of the water! I am a surgical technician so I have met hundreds of physicians, but Dr. Sapan Shah is definitely one of the best. During my routine visits he has been kind and professional, and also extremely knowledgable and thorough. His staff has been wonderful too. So far I've had Chris and Maria assist me during my appointments, and they are both very good at what they do. CN Internal also has a Labcorp collection area on site, which made my routine bloodwork extremely easy. Overall, I feel truly lucky that my previous primary care doctor referred me to CN Internal, and I will be returning to them for the foreseeable future!“

“I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Haden and his staff. He’s one of the most knowledgeable and open-minded doctors I’ve ever met. He’s up to date on all the latest research. Very respectful. Not rushed. And I learned a lot of new things from him (including some differential diagnoses that I had never heard of that now make tons of sense), and the way he’s discussed things with me it seems he learns a lot from his patients too. His approach was a participatory one with me and he combines traditional medicine with integrative approaches if that appeals to you. That combo is exactly what works for me. And his nurse Candra is great. Also since he does house calls, he can recommend other specialists who do the same. They have also been very good.“

“I recently had a procedure. The staff was awesome. From the young lady who checked me in to the post-op nurse. Even the woman who I spoke with today to address my concerns was awesome. Very nice, agreeable and understanding. I still thought it necessary that I come on and share my thoughts.Everything was great except, I was starving. I totally understand that sometimes things happens. Emergencies happen and non-emergencies have to be bumped. I find no fault in this. However, I was NPO for close to 24hrs. I couldn't eat. My procedure was bumped. It was supposed to happen at 12:45pm. I didn't get in the OR until 3:45pm. When I woke-up, the only food they had for me was Graham crackers. I was groggy and starving. I needed something more than Graham crackers and water. Long ago, I worked in a NYS hospital in Am Surg. We always made sure to have some sandwiches on deck from the cafeteria for when situations such as this happened. My commute home was an hour. I didn't get to eat dinner until 9pm. That was 25 hours since I had eaten a wholesome meal. If the hospital can't provide some light fare after same day surgery than maybe they should suggest to patients that they bring a sandwich or something in the event that their surgery gets bumped and they can't eat for even longer. So yea, my messages to all.... If you're having same day surgery you might want to pack a sandwich just in case your procedure time gets bumped and it's been almost 24hrs or more since you last at.“

“I been going to see Dr. Nancy Johnson ever since I moved in the area 6 years ago. I like seeing her she is kind to talk to, makes me feel comfortable, and explains things good. I like how they have Quest here so you can get your blood work right in the office. My parents who live in PA have to go to another office to get blood work done.I would have given this review 5 stars but the billing department at this office seems disorganized and not efficient. I got double charged for the co-pay or what I owed after insurance and it's taking forever to get a check in the mail to me for reimbursement.“
