“I will definitely be recommending Akimyo Russell to my friends and family. She was very knowledgeable while being professional and kind. I never felt rushed like at my previous primary doctor and she really listened to my concerns. I feel extremely blessed to have found her and be under her care. UPDATE!!!!!! As of 4/14/2026 I have a very different opinion of this establishment as do many others I see. They are very unprofessional. You message your doctor which mine was Dr. Russell and she never messaged me back. This place acts like an amazing practice during your first visit in which they also remind you to leave them a good review before the appt ends. I will never return to this practice. My meds were sent to a pharmacy I never heard of and messaged her twice saying I don’t have my meds still and she could have simply send a message telling me what pharmacy they were at so I can go get them instead. I want a month without my medication and still have not picked it up.“

“New or newly renovated facility. Absolutely beautiful and massive. There's an info desk in the lobby if you get turned around. I guess I showed up at the perfect time because there was no wait for Laboratory. As soon as I walked up, they checked me in and took me back. They even have a Starbucks here. I don't think I've ever seen a Starbucks inside the clinic. Usually it's a small coffee shop/kiosk.“
