I recently had a procedure. The staff was awesome. From the young lady who checked me in to the post-op nurse. Even the woman who I spoke with today to address my concerns was awesome. Very nice, agreeable and understanding. I still thought it necessary that I come on and share my thoughts.Everything was great except, I was starving. I totally understand that sometimes things happens. Emergencies happen and non-emergencies have to be bumped. I find no fault in this. However, I was NPO for close to 24hrs. I couldn't eat.
