Today was my first visit to this ophthalmology office, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience.
From the moment I arrived, the front desk receptionist/medical assistant showed incredible patience, compassion, professionalism, and kindness. There was an issue with my referral, and for about 10 to 15 minutes she worked tirelessly trying to help me figure it out. I was frustrated and overwhelmed because I couldn’t access or send the referral from my phone, and honestly, I was ready to give up and leave.

Friendly patient involvement and they also listen to your opinion and concerns they were fast and quick, didn't have to wait long to be seen. The staff is always polite and nice to me, I think they need a raise up front or some kind of recognition of what they do to help others.
Dr. Waterman is very nice, attentive and takes the time to talk with you about your concerns. The assistants and administrative staff are professional, courteous and kind. I am glad I was referred to Washington Eye Specialists a few years ago.
