Top to Bottom did a fantastic job with our situation in the basement of our house. They made sure there wasnt any mold and dried all areas that were wet from a misfunction we had with our sump pump. They were very flexible with scheduling time to come and get the work done as well! They were very clear about what was getting done and how everything is laid out in the contract. Thank you so much! The hair was wonderful no complaints on the product whatsoever. The shop was very clean and cute! I love that there's a physical location for bundles. However the employee that runs the bundle side of the shop "stepped out" and I have waited at the door now from 1:04pm-1:20pm. The woman still hasn't returned. I'm in such a major rush and need to be in silver spring an hour away atp. (She eventually arrived and now I understand. They run the shop but the shop runners are also the stylist. She stepped out to the supply store with a client who she returned with. So plan accordingly)

I absolutely loved my Bundle By Renz hair. I wore this hair for Howard homecoming in October through November and it was perfect. Even for my work trip to Atlanta. When I first received it, it was in its natural state and color, but i had my stylist dye it to the color you see in the photos. We didn't achieve the exact color I wanted, and if you want anything brighter than this, I suggest purchasing their 613 blonde hair. But I still loved how it came out! This is a custom wig unit bu Zipporah Kerr Studio and I only washed it once after the initial install. The hair is still soft and my closure isn't thinning, as I've experienced with other brands. If you're on the fence about purchasing this hair, just do it! It's affordable and great quality for the price. I would use their hair again.
