“Bruce and his team were awesome! Very reliable and honest. Others were trying to advise me that I needed a new AC unit whereas Bruce's team was able to troubleshoot my unit and determine the true fix which only cost me a little over $500 instead of $10,000 for a new unit! I was very grateful because I had just moved in my new house a few months prior and put quite a bit of money out getting the house in move in condition! Highly recommended!
Since I cannot do a 2nd review, I am adding my review here from an additional experience on August 25, 2026! Bruce and his crew still continue to provide exceptional service and support. I was on vacation almost 2 weeks ago and was informed by my dog sitter that our AC unit wasn't working properly. I contacted Bruce while on vacation and in the same day, he had someone come to the house and diagnose the issue! His crew was able to fit me in to install a brand new well needed HVAC system in less than 1 week. I just wanted to share this as well as exceptional customer service can be a little hard to find nowadays.”
