I have used Krause a few times in the past year. Bathroom update, windows and HVAC service. They have been great to work with every time. Always stayed on schedule and on budget. No surprises. Craig is very knowledgeable and super-responsive to any questions, and the work crews are always friendly and professional. It’s been nice to have a go-to company for any house needs.

We have used Krause Companies a few times. Most recently, our blower fan in the the air handler was fried during a power surge that occurred in a high wind event. We called Krause first thing in the morning and they had a technician out within 2 hours. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the new fan motor, and was back to install it later that week. Their technicians are kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their service. Unlike other companies that upsell and are looking to sell new products, Krause offers fair rates and only recommends what is truly needed. We highly recommend Krause for their HVAC services as well as other home repairs!
