We’ve used Elite HVAC twice now. Bob replaced the AC condenser and evaporator coil in our townhouse, so we called him again for our new home. He installed our two-stage Rheem heat pump and air handler and recommended keeping the same size system rather than going larger. We cannot recommend Elite HVAC Services highly enough! We lost our AC right in the middle of the hottest stretch of the summer, and Bob went above and beyond to take care of us. He was not only incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and personable throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was how much he cared about both our comfort and our budget. He explained everything clearly, offered honest options, and never once tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. In a stressful situation, his professionalism and kindness made all the difference.

I highly recommend Elite HVAC. They recently replaced my heat pump and air handler. They provided a very competitive quote that was more affordable than other companies. Bob, the owner, was very honest and up front. He was thorough in explaining the process and in letting me know about the warranty. Bob, and his colleague Dave, were professional, friendly and worked efficiently.
