I have had nothing but great experiences with Kelly Mechanical. They’ve accomplished everything we’ve asked of them. Something that I did notice while their technicians were working is that they do not shy away from working as a team. They call and assist each other when necessary.

Most importantly they have integrity. I had a nice call with Mike and Jared and they laid it out straight to me. We can either continue to repair a failing appliance or move on. They could have easily taken advantage of us and pushed for repair after repair, but they treated us with respect and for that I couldn’t be more thankful.

I called and the receptionist(Emily)set me up for an appointment the next day. They came and fixed the problem the serviceman ( Jeff) was very nice. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Called on Wednesday. I was able to get a work in appointment on Thursday. After 20-30 minutes the technician was packing up to leave. AC Unit was fixed with a new capacitor installed.
