“Service was great. Front desk was amazing with letting us know wait times. I loved that there was snacks put out for the kiddos and despite being the only doctor on sight at the time, she was very attentive and caring despite being busy. Highly recommend instead of a patient first or urgent care.“

“Everyone was very nice and professional. The doctor who saw me listen to my symptoms, asked appropriate questions, diagnosed the problem and advised of the medication she was going to prescribe. Even advised me that one of the meds could cause irritability. Which, the next morning I had a stomachache and said to my hubby that the doctor did say I could become irritable. Which I was due to the stomachache, because of the medication. LOL. I even had an issue with my pharmacy not wanting to fill my prescription on a timely basis, so I called WellCare to see is they could change my script to another pharmacy, which they did, and I was able to get my medicine sooner.“

“I've gone here for urgent care several times for things like covid tests, skin issues, sprained ankles, and respiratory infections and everytime it's been a quick appointment, good care, and an easy process. They started offering primary care on Mondays which was easy to schedule and get seen (other places for primary care had months long waiting lists). Front desk is very helpful and kind, Amon was a delight!“

“Dr. Cece, Nurse Bonnie, and all the front desk gals are INCREDIBLE. My husband got extremely sick very quickly, and the front desk ladies showed so much concern and compassion - even checking in with the back to try to get my husband the care he needed. One doctor saw him, and it felt like he wasn’t taking his time to get the whole picture of what was going on. Luckily (?) my husband nearly passed out when we tried to leave - the security guards swooped in with a wheelchair, the nurses swarmed around him and got everything sorted so beautifully. Then Nurse Bonnie and Dr. Cece came in and made me feel so much better as an anxious spouse. They were so brilliant, careful, and thorough - I could have cried from relief. Hubs ended up spending three days in the hospital - they definitely have a doctor and one nurse who need to check themselves, but other than that, the folks here were so lovely and smart. Good job team, forever grateful ❤️“
