Today I had a ortho visit with Dr. Lysa Charles she's very thorough with you explaining all the details and options. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming getting patients checked in and out. I had a great first experience and I recommend Dr. Charles.

They catered of your health and they take care of you and you make sure you are profession of right Doctors cares. Also reminds of your medicines and you make are update of your health!!!

The staff were nice and helpful, however, the wait time was pretty insane. I walked in at 6:40pm and walked out at 11:10pm, so it was more than 4 hrs of sitting around. Hope the management/leadership comes up with a change/solution that repects and values their patients' time.
