Don’t even answer the phone. I dropped my mom off. She is a cancer patient not feeling good. I can’t reach her cell phone. I’ve been trying for over an hr and no one answers the phone. Absolute horrible service. I think we are going to have to switch insurance companies.
They should rename this place “Torture Care” instead of Urgent Care. I came in with severe pain in both knees and waited over 3 hours and 20 minutes. After reading in ChatGPT my symptoms, started begging for an X-ray, per ChatGPT the doctor couldn’t do anything without it, yet I still waited more than 2 hours just for the X-ray. By the end, I was having panic attacks, a headache, and stomach pain from the stress and pain. I finally left because I could at least take pain medication at home instead of waiting any longer. Completely unacceptable for a place that calls itself “urgent care” and does even provide Advil or Ibuprofen for pain management....read full review
Excellent care provided to my 6yo. He was seen, diagnosed, and trasnferred to a children's hospital for surgery within 2 hours. Dr Ihezie was kind, calm, and efficient. Nurse Ashley P started the fastest and most painless IV i've ever seen in a crying child! Nurse Sandy K took care of us as if we were family. Thank you!
