PM Pediatric Urgent Care provides a friendly and caring environment for children and young adults. The staff is helpful and attentive, ensuring a great experience for patients. The facility is clean, neat, and features lovely paintings. While some patients have experienced frustration with the check-in process, the quality of care from providers is high, with clear explanations and attention to patients' needs. Despite some wait times, the care received is worth the visit. Overall, PM Pediatric Urgent Care is a recommended alternative to emergency departments and traditional urgent care centers, with a mission to improve healthcare access, quality, and service.
This isn't my first time visiting this, very convenient, location. I have brought each one or all of my daughters here multiple times, and every time we come, it has the same result! Fast, excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, short wait times; and people who generally care about each and every patient. Visit summary and lab results are available for review in your patient portal promptly at the conclusion of your visit. Prescriptions sent to the 24 hour CVS, if needed.
PM Pediatric Urgent Care was the only local urgent care open past 9 pm. They were kind and quick despite walking in, including x-rays and examination. The staff was very kind even at the end of the night, especially Al. Hopefully, I won’t need to come back but if I do, I would choose PM Pediatric.
Highly recommend this pediatric urgent care. We made our appointment online and were seen within 10 minutes of our arrival time. The waiting area was inviting and organized. The staff was friendly, helpful, and our 10 month old had a great experience! We would go back again.
