Brought my son here yesterday and they were so kind and patient from the moment we arrived. It was easy to make an appointment online and they got us checked in and in a room in less than 15 minutes. They also offered my son a little mega block Lego toy and stickers to keep him content while we waited to see the doctor. Amazing experience. The best urgent care experience I’ve ever had!
PM pediatrics is the only place I will take my son. Everytime I go there I have ended up with the most amazing and just full of life receptionist Ms. Natalie by far I can say she makes my visit easier on me and my son but makes us feel warm and important. Made an appointment online, was in and out in 45 mins. Snack, water and juice available for the kids. There was a TV. Very clean place. Staff were friendly and patient. They also gave away a toy at the end. I love the experience.
