Very disappointed in the quality of care at this patient first. Dr. Duvalsaint sealed a laceration on my husbands hand with surgical glue and failed to clean the wound before closing it. This is not only careless and lazy, but also potentially very dangerous.
All star staff! The woman at the front desk was professional, efficient, and friendly, despite a million things happening at once. Dr. John Woods had fantastic bedside manner combined with knowledgeable medical recommendations, which he explained thoroughly and patiently. Hard to find a healthcare provider at an urgent care with both qualities! Highly satisfied with my visit. Thank you to the staff.
This was my first time here and will be my go to urgent care. The service from when you walk in to when you leave was exceptional. The staff is extremely efficient while being welcoming and giving best in biz care.
