Intake triage person very nice. Performed swab collection well.Provider very personable and friendly. Easy to talk to.Only negative about experience was person answering phone on 12/19. Condescending attitude.

Chose the Dundalk Urgent Care Center based upon good experiences by other family members who were treated there. My visit was nothing less. Both the young woman who checked me in & took vitals and the NP who treated me were friendly, pleasant and empathetic. I will definitely go there again should the need arise.
