Innovative Urgent Care

I wanted to see if I just bruised my foot or possibly broke it when I tweaked/bent it sideways while walking to my car.. I walked into the care clinic and received lots of help right off the bat.. the receptionist was awesome.. helped me sign in and took me to the room so I could get off my foot. The doctor (NP Tozaki) came in few minutes later.. looked at my foot.. saw a little bruising, said she wanted to get some X-rays.. She was really caring in taking them and then went back to the room and waited for her to read the X-ray.. yes it was broken and referred me to a podiatrist.. Took my son here for a bad cough on a Sunday and they were awesome. Appt was for 11:15 and we were checked in immediately by a really friendly woman at the front desk. Within 2 minutes, we were brought to exam room and nurse took his vitals and history. Dr came in to examine him. She was very friendly, considerate, and thoughtful in diagnosing him and providing written courses of treatments. She explained everything really well and answered all our questions (I'm not a medical expert!). Only about 30 minutes total and prescription was called in and ready by the time we got to the pharmacy. Highly recommend for urgent care!!

The PA Kathleen Richter was running that place like a master. She was incredibly kind and thorough, while running around and helping everyone. If anything, the other staff members should’ve been helping her more! She was doing so much!
