UM Urgent Care | Downtown Campus

This place was fantastic, showed up 30 minutes before closing, with a really bad ear impaction, and they took care of it no problem, super friendly, even gave me a sample of eardrops, recommend!

Was visiting Baltimore for the weekend and my throat was hurting so I went to the urgent care. I don’t know if that’s how service normally is or if it was because I was an “out of towner “ but the service was really great. I can’t remember the 2 ladies names but they were so wonderful. I was in and out with antibiotics within 2 - 2 1-2 hours and able to enjoy my weekend. Thanks again

I’ve been here twice. They do get you in to be seen pretty fast, however several of the staff are rude/dismissive. They asked which CVS to send my prescription to and then still sent it to the wrong one. When I called to correct it I was met with more attitude and “I’m not sure what more to do, I sent it to the right one”, yet when I called CVS afterwards they told me it was in fact sent to the wrong one - so I guess they also lie here too!! I just went for pink eye which I have never had before and was told I would be shown how to apply the medication. Instead, a new person walked in, handed me the medication/after visit summary, and was expecting me to leave.… read full review
